Hand Screen Printed Linen Tea Towel

Illustration by Sally, originally as a pencil drawing from her public narrative art design of the Yallabirrang Learning Story Fence. Hand printed by her with organic certified ink onto 100% linen. Each tea towel is 50 x 70 cm and will shrink slightly after a first wash. ‘Gum’ captures the lost Red Gum forest of the Richmond and Collingwood flats near Birrarung, the Yarra River, on Kulin Country. Inspired by the values of the early 20th century Arts and Crafts movement in Australia, the tea towel embodies hand made design, slow production, and a quest for truth.

Please note that local customers now have the option of free pick up. You will still need to write down your shipping details at check-out as part of the website’s system requirements.
